Our Story

Barbelt Apparel was born in 2018, just one year after we immigrated to the United States from Venezuela. Our journey began with a dream and determination—though we lacked the financial means to support our training and competitions.

In those early days, we were fortunate to receive a sponsorship from a local gym, which introduced us to an incredible fitness community. Inspired by the support around us, we began selling T-shirts and hoodies to raise funds for our training and competition expenses.

Thanks to the overwhelming support from the community, Barbelt grew beyond anything we could have imagined. Those early years helped cover competition costs and equipment, fueling our journey and strengthening our commitment to excellence. Inspired by the community that lifted us, today we proudly dedicate our brand to supporting youth and providing them with the opportunity to participate in sports. We also partner with nonprofit organizations that support military, veterans, and first responders as a token of our appreciation for the opportunity to thrive in this great country.
